Photocopies of several letters, 1825, 1830, undated, from Wisconsin fur trader and judge Jacques Porlier to other members of his family; in French accompanied by partial translations into English. Also three items concerning Porlier: a document in his hand listing the birthdates of his children, a typed translation of that document, and a printed undated pamphlet, containing a monologue on Porlier by Katherine E. Byram which was presented at a 20th century ceremony in Green Bay.
